Therapeutic Massage

Customized to your needs during each session. Light to medium pressure massage using primarily Swedish techniques for deep relaxation and flexibility. Increases circulation, reduces tension, detoxifies, and alleviates jet lag and fatigue. Let go and unwind. Or get release from those stubborn knots that keep muscles tied up with deep strong motion. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulder. Deep bodywork is not recommended for a massage first-timer.

Hot Stone Massage

My specialty! Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where I use smooth, heated stones. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and warm up tight muscles so I can work more deeply, more quickly promoting a profound level of muscle relaxation, alleviates stress, releases toxins, relieves pain, improves circulation and calms the psyche.

Prenatal massage

Similar to massage during non-pregnancy in terms of the goals (relaxation, pain relief, increased circulation & mobility, etc.). However, due to the changes undergone during pregnancy, modification are made. To accommodate comfort special pillows, positioning and techniques are utilized to ensure relaxation for both the expecting mother and baby. Prenatal massage can help provide relief and a sense of well being that is much deserved.

Chair Massage

Chair massage is a fun addition to all parties – Grand Opening, Birthday, Graduation, Anniversary, Family Reunion, Employee/Client/Customer Appreciation, even Bridal & Baby Showers!

Chair massage is a style of seated massage typically focusing on the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. Techniques will vary depending upon individual client needs and goals, while the client relaxes comfortably on a professional massage chair. Client remains fully clothed.

$1.50 per minute, 30 minute minimum + $30 transportation/set-up fee

Aromatherapy Add-on $5

A form of alternative medicine that uses plant materials and aromatic plant oils, including essential oils, and other aromatic compounds for the purpose of altering one’s mood, cognitive, psychological or physical well-being. Add into any massage.

Sugar Foot and/or Back Scrub $20 each- 15 min add-on treatment

Hydrate and replenish the fresh feeling of your feet with foot scrub therapy. This treatment soothes and massages the feet on the arch, heel, and between the toes. Enhancement to our massage services. Great finish to any massage.
